Hold R1 (or R2) and press start to enable it when in-game. Pressing select while the menu is open seems to freeze the PS3.
(I do not take credit for making this code. I think someone from Codemasters-Project made it.)
However, there was only a RAM code of this so I decided to load the game in RPCS3 and find the value so it could be patched into an EBOOT so I would not have to use Artemis every time.
The RAM code in the list seems to be made for the normal US version and was not listed for the GOTY edition but thankfully it works. It may even can be found on the non-US versions' EBOOTs.
I will not cover how to decrypt EBOOTs for AoB patching here as that can be found easily elsewhere.
(Though I will say an easy way to replace files in an ISO without having to rebuild it is called Apache3 by Sonix. I don't think Apache2 can replace files as such, but I could be wrong.
Make sure to un-check the "Update TOC" option and enable "Ignore File Size Differences. This tool will not replace files in BIN/CUE or IMG/CCD because they are RAW 2352 format. For those disc images use CDMage)
