PS3 Black screen and back to XMB

Hi, I am having this problem when booting iso games from my hdd (ntfs), rdr and gow 3, after some seconds of black screen it get me to XMB. So how I fix this? I read that I have to download a no bd cfw, but I'm not sure, also because then I cant use my working blu ray player if Im not mistaken...so I wait for a response from you.

What method did you use to rip the game BD into ISO format? What homebrew are you using to launch the ISO before you are taken back to the XMB? Any error messages when mounting the ISO?

What do you mean what method? sorry but i am italian, i download the games in zip, then i extrcated the iso file, and I launched them with multiman, irisman, webman mod. Nothing and no error messages. I have hen as a firmware
