PS3 Black screen

I have got a message saying Cannot start the appropriate system storage was not found from my old hdd i had and afterwards i got the black screen and no message was poping up or screen signal what should i do?

I wanted to back up my old hdd to my ssd and i formated my ssd which had 4.84 and its gone it think im f*cked up it says this now
The system software cannot be run correctly. press the Ps button to try restart the system.

if the system cannot be restared the system partition of the system storage must be reformatted and you must reinstall system software.
connect storge media that contains update data of version 4.84 or alter, and then press the start and select buttons at the same time.
for information on how to obtain the update data, refer to the sie web site for your region.
 
Grab the later firmware from s0ny websight and grab your usb stick put in order folder
The make folders PS3/UPDATE/PS3UPDAT.PUP

then insert and press start and select

But my ps3 was with jailbreak like can you pm me the link ? i tried searching for it

I tried putting rebug 4.84 and it said " No applicable update data was found "
what other details you need to know?
EDIT: NOW ITS FORMATTING MY SSD :) ill update you soon whats going on

just one questions which apps should i use for loading games multi man or webman?
and to go online which apps should i use?
