Can someone make a ps3 port of Sonic 3 A.I.R?

just use a emulator to play the mega drive one
the air port is really quite pointless

A.I.R is way better than the original.Well to me its better and js LOOKS better,feels better and i can download MODS so thats why i am asking for it
