PS3HEN Can the PS3 detect a USB Micro SD Card adapter?

I just bought an 128GB micro SD for my phone. It was on sale. I also bought a USB adapter to connect it to my PC.

I have a ps3 slim with the latest PS3Hen. And I would like to connect the micro SD card directly to the PS3, using the USB adapter. But I cannot try it until I get it in the mail.

Does anyone know if ps3Hen can detect the USB adapter as a storage device?

yeah it works...untill you drop the adaptor on the floor and step on it while looking for it like i did lol.

Can be detected everything as long as controller expose it in MSC mode (i.e some smartphones no longer supporting it for some stupid reason), and on mass storage is FAT32 on MBR. Nothing else is supported by PS3 itself.

Yeah, on my phone I use "Microsoft exFAT/NTFS for USB" app with "Total Commander" file browser. That way I can mount any USB drive on my phone, and have access to it in the Total Commander file browser. It's a pretty cool app, you can even connect most external HDD's.
