PS3 Can't delete PS3 Theme?

Hey guys,
I can't delete a custom PS3 theme named "Airbrush". I don't even know where it came from.

Going to Settings -> Design Settings -> Design and Pressung Triangle doesn't do anything.

How can I delete the Design? Did a similar problem already occur?

Airbrush is a default theme, you can't uninstall it via themes menu, but it can be deleted via any file manager with dev_blind access.
