PS3HEN Can't install the latest HEN

I tried to install HEN to my PS3 (CECH-3000B), but installing failed many times. Could you tell me how to install successfully?

The installation order I tried:
1. Format USB memory (32GB) to FAT32
2. Copy PS3HEN.BIN to the root
3. Copy 4.86.1 HFW to PS3/UPDATE (the file was renamed to PS3UPDAT.PUP)
4. Connect the USB memory to a USB port near Blu-ray drive
5. Update the PS3 using the HFW
6. Open a "HEN Installer (Alternate)" page in **ps3xploit.com >Domain no Longer owned by team** (ps3xploit.me =new)
7. Set the page as a default homepage
8. Clear both cookies and cashes and reboot the PS3
9. Open Remote-Play as instructed after many failures
10. Close Remote-Play immediately

After #10 every content in the Network menu disappeared. There's no Install-HEN, Remote-Play and Browser.
I tried to restart from #5 some times, but Install-HEN icon couldn't appear. Is this PS3 broken?

do not need step two. delete bin file from usb so it doesnt get loaded by mistake.

try the regular installer.
 
Starting from no. 6 (do not do no. 7-10), wait for successful initialization and follow the instructions on the screen.

If "failed" don't press any button, wait a few moments, press :but tri: then click Restart.

I tried the orders that you two told me about 10 times, but the installation didn't succeed...
When I used the regular installer, so many errors occurred. Please read below. Is it fatal?

The string variable named xtra_data could not be located in range 0x80100000 - 0x80300000

you can try to install offline or using auto hen installer. both methods require a way to host the files yourself but this can be done on android/pc easily (instructions for android included).

Try this (it worked for another user)

1- Make sure that you are really installing HFW (check md5 of PUP=23F60BAF3C3D38BC77AA452E770D1248)

2- Make the blank page the default home page in PS3 browser.

3- YOU MUST TURN OFF BROWSER CONFIRM CLOSE OR INSTALLER WILL FAIL

4- Close the browser and open it again.

5- Navigate to http://**ps3xploit.com >Domain no Longer owned by team** (ps3xploit.me =new)/hen/installer/

If it fails, try one of these auto installers:

https://ps3addict.github.io/alternate

6- Then do this:
  • HEN package will be downloaded and installed automatically
  • Reboot PS3
  • Launch From New "Enable HEN" XMB Icon, Under Game Column

OMG this github link!!!!
Done hen within 5 seconds!
I spent more then two hours with original link for xploit , over and over.. even reinstalling hfw multiple times ,just to fail over and over.

https://ps3addict.github.io/autohen is the only way which worked for me on 4.9 hfw my superslim.

Thank you very much, I was already getting desperate not being able to install hen, thanks to this I managed to do it
