Hello, I'm having a strange behavior with this console. Some months ago, my BD Ribbon cable broke but since I was not using the Drive, I took it out and started using the Evilnat NO-BD firmwares which suited me just fine so I didn't replace the ribbon until recently.
I wasn't able to play any ISO based games without replacing the cable (standard) but after doing so I can play any format in the NO-BD firmware versions.
However, I can not update to Standard firmwares, even with the ribbon cable attached and everything working as normal. When I replaced the cable, I only connected the Daughterboard at first, but after getting the error I tried the whole drive, same thing, the system only updates to NO-BD firmwares.
Things to note:
BD-Drive blue light keeps blinking forever, then stops for some seconds in a loop. It used to make some "motor" noises but it stopped.
The drive takes the disc and spits it out, nothing happens.
