PS3 CFW 4.88.2 INSTALL PSN PKG OFFLINE

Hi,
I have my pkg+rap backup and I want to move them to a fresh PS3 I just bought used to keep it at my parents' home.
I installed latest Evilnat CFW and Multiman. I setup no PSN account.
Now, I want to activate the pkgs: is it possibile to do it completely OFFLINE and with no PSN Account\console activation? Is there a step-by step guide?
I tried PKG and "exdata" folder on USB, but can't launch any games (I get PSN activation error)
I watched saw some YT tutorials but I'm not sure I got all the steps and creating a "fake" account seems kinda clutter. ^^'

As an alternative, converting PKG to ISO could be an easy solution? Which software should I use? I've PS3ISOTOOLS but can't see a button "PKG to ISO".

NPDRM games (aka PSN games or PKG games) require an activated account to unlock the game.

Only one account is valid act.dat + .rif files is needed. It can be your main account in the system or create a new one for this purpose.

Evilnat CFW 4.88.2 allows to create an offline "fake" activation file: act.dat or use a genuine activated account from PSN.

You only need to put your .rap files in /dev_hdd0/exdata or /dev_usb000/exdata and your games will be unlocked automatically by Cobra 8.3 when you launch the NPDRM game. All the accounts having a valid act.dat will get a rights information file (.rif file)
