Wi-fi module should be pretty easy to change as you don't have to tear apart the entire console. In theory at least, never got my hands on this model.

The Impose menu (long-press ps button screen for shutting off system or controller) needs work.
issue is alignment of icons either in xai or rco.
just need a working version of "(LV1_RSX_100MHz_Boost)".
perhaps update payloads for cobra 9.0 (When available...)
 
hey so idk if anybody can help me...new to jailbreaking nd shit but when the update for 4.89 came out i accidently clicked yes cause i was trying to be able to save my progress in gta 5 which i converted from BLUS to BLES i tried waiting for new cfw but it still wasnt trying to update it so i just updated to psn 4.89 nd now i cant use the ps3 toolset by @bguerville i guess im just wondering if anyone knows a way around this or if the tool will be compatible soon? ive heard you guys are pretty fast at updating your shit nd cfw 4.89 only took what seemed like a few days anyways.....SOS

I don't have that issue, make sure you are not using homebrew that modifies the XMB icons like 4k PKG, reinstall the CFW and check if all is fine

As it's made from 4.89 there shouldn't be any issues like you described, probably you are using rco mods, most of them doesn't work good on 4.89. (they need to be remade for newer firmwares)

Curious, has the Remote Play bug of OFW 4.89 been fixed too?
(sorry because I don't have CFW PS3 yet, so can't try it).

It's either Rebug REX or D-REX.
Either way, if the console is currently in DEX kernel mode, you must use the Rebug Toolbox to convert back to CEX before you can update to this CFW, otherwise you can update directly.

This too? So its an official bug, Sony changed the layout files and forgot to change the new values on others rcos ( they changed a lot of rcos, sprxs just for the news values (increase +7) )

I've a question for the PS3 and USB port .
Is it possible that a future firmware supports USB ports when an ISO/disk PS1/2 is loaded ? For the wired controller for example ( arcade stick , ... )
