PS3HEN CFW update problem

Good evening from me as well ,
Congratulations on the extraordinary work you have done.
After the announcement of Hen's new upgrade, I have to update CFW, the PS3 update.
I am having a problem with the upgrade as long as I have plugged in the USB and inserted it into PS3UPDATE it does not recognize it, I have also tried to do it over the Internet and the following message comes out.
Until further notice, please remain on this firmware.
Visit **ps3xploit.com >Domain no Longer owned by team** (ps3xploit.me =new) for new exploit announcements regarding newer firmware versions.
I tried and through Multiman but still has version 4.85.1.
Any ideas please?

FAT32
Folder: PS3-UPDATE-FILE PS3UPDAT.PUP

after a lot of effort I put the file I found in the following link

but when i do my upadate it gets error 80029C55.
No idea;
