The strange thing about Spotify is that is requires the user to be logged in to PSN before/while launching it; but once it's loaded you can immediately sign back out of PSN and it will still work completely fine.

I've been trying to recreate the no psn patches inside RPCS3. I know it's not real console but I am trying to consolidate preserve and accredit work that's already been done

This let's users continue to use Youtube from PS3 on RPCS3 if desired although there are emulator errors that prevent videos from playing at time of writing not related to the patch. I also found the v3.03 youtube update notes on like page 8 or 10. So I just gotta update.

I would like to point out the offsets that work are the same PS3Mapi uses during live debugging not the hex offsets.

I do see a handful of notes scattered in this thread maybe even others. Yet the number of notes to patched apps are not equal. Having all the notes will be helpful in proper preservation. Afterall emulation = preservation.

This Hulu patch remains incomplete to this day unless I am mistaken.

thats some cool work you've done here! Most of the notes and back and forth convos should be in this thread. I havent actually messed with these in a while now.

Hulu patch has been done. It works.
 
Just a quick post to say that the domain has changed from nopsn.com to nopsn.org

I am currently reuploading all files, but more than half should already be there now.

I also have downloaded most of the updated pkg versions (that i could find) for quite a few apps. I will get those uploaded after the main backup is done restoring. The Hulu patch's behavior was the most confusing part. As to how it prevents itself I haven't managed to get signed into my account or past those intro screens. But I can see the change that the patch made. I've tried just laying circle to back out. And a lot of combinations. I've tried on my console for clarity as I need original hardware confirmation of the patch working before recreating it. I know it works yet it's being complicated. Is there an imagined way to make it easier.
What happened to no-psn.sprx?

- RaiPlay for PS3 (italian service for watch italian pubblic channels tv rai1, rai2, rai3)
- MediasetInfinityPlay for PS3 (italian service for watch italian pubblic channels tv italia1, canale5, rete4, there is an old version app called Infinity but i'm not able to make it work)

There are any chanches to use a different os on EvilNat 4.89 or to use something that emulate android for use the Apk apps (like raiplay e mediaset)?

Do you have those 2 official apps to share?
 
@esc0rtd3w Crunchyroll no longer works but you can spoof it to ps4 and it starts to works again LOL

Maybe we can bring back Tubi, Redbull TV, HBO and some other apps that works on ps4 and stopped on ps3
