@Reqence It actually wasn't an accuracy issue (problem with TLB), but I fixed it:
Shadow Hearts: Covenant (Disc 2) (SLUS-21044)
You can download this config attached and rename it to your iso file like your current config is. This config fixes the crash when loading the save, but I am unsure if it has any negative effect on the game, so more testing would be good.

Fixes incorrect alpha effects (thanks @MadSaint1998 for bringing this issue up). Hot Wheels still has its floor missing in the car select screen. The Fast and the Furious is untested, but issue seems to be the same.

Updated config to disable more performance-intensive effects (same as GSdx's CRC hack). The world map and some additional areas now run at full speed.
There was a report about freezing, but it seems pretty rare. When testing this game months ago, I did not experience any freezing issues. Testing yesterday, I managed to get a freeze after a couple tries. The game seems to freeze in the first few minutes if it is triggered. Otherwise, it won't. I tested for long periods of time last night without any freezes (at least 30 mins for each round of testing), and I got freeze within a few minutes during one of my tests. This freeze could potentially be fixed with a config command, but it seems rare enough to not even matter...maybe a couple mins of lost progress, lol.
Also, there is minor SPS caused by cloud shadows on the world map. Otherwise, it seems all SPS is cleaned up from @kozarovv's fix. The game is playable with minor issues.

Reflections Intereactive's DRIV3R (2004). DEFINITELLY !!
Best Driver game in the franchise for the dark atmospheric story and epic ending.
Ving Rhames , Michelle Rodriguez , Mickey Rourke , Iggy Pop with a Micheal Mann's (Director for the Miami Vice and HEAT (1993) Movie Mood!
The PlayStation 2 version of Driver 3 received a "Platinum" sales award
The game sold more than 3 million copies by December 2004!

It was a mix of all of us (@kozarovv, @Agrippa, and I) for that one I believe.
Driv3r is a big hit and miss. It works fine with command 0x21 set at 0 added to improve the frame rate. Mission 2 works with accuracy commands, but it slows the game down to a crawl. I haven't pinpointed where the adjustment is needed, and I don't know how many missions like this there are (maybe a few), so right now it is deemed unplayable.
sorry for bother but i appreciate the answer , is there any solution or fix file for ico ? it had sound not sync issue , in last moment of the game , when character confront queen , she start talking but her act is faster than her voice ! like....you're starting to lose grip and can't catch up with your friend in marathon run!

About Driv3r its absolutelly a gem that must be fixed someday or another. the game is definitelly a AAA ranked in the top 10 along Silent Hill 2-3-4 , Metal gear Solid 2-3 & Scarface = LEGENDARY games.
Please guys....Im pretty sure all together you can make this project another success for the community !

If you have CFW, webMAN MOD installer updates the configs (except the ones removed).
The full package is only needed for HEN.

Yes,, the full package is mainly for HEN users.
webMAN MOD installs the config automatically when a PS2 game is mounted.
You don't have to update the configs manually except when the config is not working and you want to try a custom config.
You can find Rebug CFW and latest Rebug Toolbox here:

I presume that i search on this list to find the game ID and i download the CUSTOM one
but where i need to copy/pase the custom file exactly ?
it is inside the PS2ISO folder ??
did i need to put the game iso & Config inside the same correctly named folder OR i simply put the config file inside the folder PS2ISO with plenty of other game ISOs with Plenty Custom config and everything will be detected/working properly ??
Sorry im getting old and frankly i didnt touched my ps3 since two years because my work never stopped even during the pandemic...
Your last answer will be extremely appreciated and i will not bother you again about that
I will write everything inside a text file and i will put it inside my PS3 dedicated USB stick to not forget the process

Does anyone have the configs that fix the fast and the furious and street racing syndicate? I can't find them and I don't think they are in the ps2 classics gui tool since it hasn't been updated in a few months.

Was test! Looks like it work! Some small graphical bug in menu but all boot fine! In cutscenes sound stutters a little bit (while gameplay sound is ok), i think its playble now! Just one moment - looks like stickers for car in garage not viewble, just when u try attach it, its grey spot! Anyway thanks for config!
