PS3 HAN Create PKG for OFW 4.82 ?

i use make-backup-pkg (i can't find source so i need to download it from here) but it loop forever, when i closed it after 15+times loop, pkg seem like ok.... does anyone know alternative ways ?

Seeing "GAME 100%" being looped is pretty normal and you will need some patience to wait until finishes.
