I had this problem in mine in my case it was a small smd capacitor that had shorted. Replaced it and it worked fine.

Thanks for the response, I ended up selling it for spare parts or for using it with cable. I guess that with a little knowledge of electronics it could be easily fixed, but that's not my case

Hi, I'm currently having the same issue as well and it was with an old controller and new controller, I have the jds-055 controller I don't know if I spelt that right? But which capacitor was it?
