Dump.hex file wont appear in USB

I tried multiple times to do it, after the successful intialize explotation and the "successful" NAND Flash dump operation, the dump.hex file wont appear in my USB. I have a fat PS3, I use the 2nd usb port (from left to right) but it doesnt work at all. I re-installed the HFW, the second time through recovery mode, I activated the PS3 account (if this is important). I can also confirm that I use the right firmware, there is nothing wrong with the installation of HFW. Anyone who can help?

EDIT: I want to mention that the process should take 15-25 minutes, as the site says, but it takes only some seconds to be completed.

I understand you used the ps3xploit flash writer. So you patched your NAND and you can now install a CFW.
If you want to make a dump you must use the flash dumper.

Sorry I wasnt clear on this, yes I use the dumper, not the writer. I really dont understand what's wrong I follow very carefully every step and I am sure I am doing everything like the guide. Maybe is slow internet connection? But my connection is not that slow..

You mentioned NAND, so i guess you have a PS3 fat (one of the first models) and you are in a CFW already... so you dont need to use the web-browser exploits anymore

In case you are in a CFW you can make a flash dump with other tools, most filemanagers and some homebrews can do it, managunz, multiman, i guess irisman too, and rebug toolbox too
