Okay guys so wich is the best option to play emulator on ps3: retroarch or standalone emulator pkg files?
i don't use multiman and i want a smooth way to play GBA,SNES,NES and others retro games.
the better perfomance and compability is what i'm looking for

It depends the emulator that you want to use:
- RetroArch CE offers 72 cores to try, shaders and other many configurations to try
- A few emulators could be better as standalone (e.g. ScummVM, FBANeo RL)

webMAN MOD lets to launch retro games directly from XMB.

Also you can create standalone ROMS packages using RetroXMB or webMAN Classics Maker.

can you indicate me tutorial for launch retro games directly from XMB with webman and how to create standalone ROMS packages?

I recently found out that my cheap (but new) Android TV runs retroarch way better than the PS3.
In fact, PS1 games look IMHO better using PCSX ReARMed than on PS3 :-)
