Enable HEN XMB Menu Item Location in Codebase

Greetings all and many thanks to the developers of PS3HEN!

After a successful install of HFW 4.90, HEN 3.2.0 and Multiman on a super slim, after a restart it now always gets stuck on the "loader" page after selecting the "Enable HEN" item from the XMB.

I've forked the PS3Xploit/PS3HEN github repo and have been looking for the code entry point for "Enable HEN" to see what the logic path is and how I might enable or add debugging, but I simply can't find the item. All I can find is a reference in the README.md:

"HEN Enable and Package Manager have been separated from category_game.xml" (line 47 at rev c0278e42097ac489505b08a54234c79fbc191fcf)

which leads me to believe I'm looking in the wrong repo. Could someone please point me in the right direction? If I get a chance, I'll try to add some UI feedback in a PR.

Thanks Coro. I see the hen_enable.xml reference but I can't find where that file originally comes from. Once I see it (or any code that generates it) I'll have a thread to pull on.
