I did but then after I couldn't do anything I deleted the fake account and deleted the base profile that you have to make before you can do anything as well then created a new one!

Well, that may be the cause of the problem.
Evilnat warned of various potential consequences when using with this feature in the CFW release thread OP!
Loss of save data, trophies etc..

You will need to see with him though, I don't have any experience with this problem, never used this CFW or the new AccountID related features.

The thing is is this is a brand new account I set it up on my phone because it wouldn't let me on the consul for some reason and then I ran into this problem I also set up a whole new user profile I deleted the other one that had the fake stuff

I'm now getting "An error has occurred. (80023017)" like it's not connecting to the servers!

It's been a problem for the past two years, you need to go to the PlayStation website, go to account settings, go to security, under 2-step verification there is "Device Setup Password" then click "Generate New Password".

This is my problem now! It's like I can't connect to the server like SEN isn't enabled!
 
Good morning. New and tried finding myself.

I'm on 4.88 getting SYSCALL message. Other than MultiMan and WebMan i have no other apps installed. Can I enable and create a PSN account without getting blocked in this case?

If webMAN MOD is running, press R2+TRIANGLE until you get the message that the CFW Syscalls are disabled.

Or disable the CFW Syscalls through Custom Firmware Tools found in Network column.

To disable permanently the PSN Login protection delete the file /dev_blind/vsh/module/npsignin_plugin.lck
(I do not recommend to do it)
 
If I want to sync the trophies I earned on my jailbroken PS3 (EvilNat Cobra 4.88.3) to my PSN account I use on my unmodded PS4, what should I do to avoid the ban or at least lower the risk of it happening?

That's literally the only thing I want to use my PSN account on the PS3 for. Not really interested in playing online or anything like that.
