PS3 Error 80023017 when trying to connect to PSN.

I have recently reverted back to REBUG 4.84, and everything fortunately has been going well. After everything has been setup, I try to connect to PSN, with these following steps. Run PSN patch, click on sign up, login with existing user, put my email, then put my password from the security page of the PlayStation website. It proceeds to almost instantly give me the 80023017 error. Before asking, I have changed the NP environment from "sp-int" to "np" and it still proceeds to give me that error. I have tried multiple CID's and it still goes on. Anyone have an idea what might be going on?

Try updating to 4.92 Evilnat CFW which has ported features from 4.84 DEX the same as the old Rebug REX 4.84 you're using. PSNpatch is from 2017 and so is massively out of date. I believe the PSN authentication method has changed a lot since 4.84 days and so for PSN access you will need to be on the latest firmware. I'm still on 4.87 CFW and so I'm not too familiar with PSN nowadays as I've not used it and have no immediate plans to :)

4.92 CFW dropped only a matter of hours ago, and as a result will likely receive newer revisions like 4.90 and 4.91 Evilnat releases did (e.g. 4.90.1, 4.91.2) the same as Rebug 4.84.2 which you're currently using. Installing 4.92 CFW from the link provided above will restore PSN access for you - select the [PEX] variant if you want the Ported REX features akin to Rebug REX 4.84.

Is there a toolbox or something I can use on Evilnat? I really like the Rebug Toolbox and would like something like that.
