PS3 error 80028F14 Phat PS3 cfw 4.91

Hello,

I installed firmware 4.93 or so I thought, and wondered what I did wrong, although my copies are working so far.

I used this link...

I have a Phat 60GB PS3 xmb says v4.93

I have multiman installed, mmCM version 4.91
it says PS3 system firmware 4.91

On the xmb screen under Game section / it shows
Playstation store
* Playstation 3 - this gives me an error 80028F14 when I click on it.
* Package Manager

Can someone help me figure out what I did wrong?

my bluray drive works with ps2 games, ps3 games and bluray/dvd movies.
