PS3 Error 80029517 on Legit Games

Basically, I tried to play a game that I own (Legitamately bought from the PS Store) and the error pops up. However, this only happens when HAN is enabled. Is this meant to happen or is it one of those unexpected bugs, similar to the PS2 custom pkgs disabling HAN when run?
 
The reason is likely an edat ecdsa being checked of a legit game.
This is why I recommend people to resign even legit games through my tool so they won't waste their time
And this is why you need a secondary account or otherwise you will be stuck in a situation where your act.dat is han signed and game original signed

Thing is, I do have a throwaway. Problem is that even games bought on my main just don't work.

That's normal because of ECDSA Signature is invalid for HAN, So you are not supposed to run HAN for your legit PSN games.

I just explained the reason
When han is enabled, only han content boots
Also to be sure about 100% compatibility, all the pkgs to be used in han mode should be resigned with my tool

So what happens if we download dlc as pgk for an original game...how di we get it to install?

I install a dlc for one of my original games and well...i doenst work because when i enable Han the game wont start lfmao, now idk what to do, i think that maybe delete the original one and download other one will work ?

Even when i restart my console
My legit games give me the error 80029517
I have to reactivate my account again but then my HAN installed game wont work and have to install the rap again! Then my legit games wont work! Its a loop

Restarting your console will not fix your act.dat.
 
Tried running games purchased from PSN inside my PS3 Superslim with HAN installed, keeps throwing out error 80029517 whether HAN was activated or not.

To regain the access of PSN games, it is better to uninstall the current ones, search the PSN games on the net for HAN injection, resign it and reinstall. Game save data still can be accessible as long as you install the PSN game with right game ID matches the game save data.

Once the act.dat has been patched, you can copy it along with the Rif file for the game you prepared using the dedicated exploit page ie ACT/RIF copier http://**ps3xploit.com >Domain no Longer owned by team** (ps3xploit.me =new)/han/actrif_copier.html
 
Well I have a problem with it i get the 80029517 error wether I run modern warfare 3 ( which is legitimately bought) with or without han enabled I play the EU version and I couldn't find a rap file for it only found one for the US version

Sorry but your post doesn't make much sense to me, you will need to clarify.
You say you bought the game legitimately so there are only 3 possibilities & none of them seems to fit your situation.

1. You bought a retail disc & the game is cfw2ofw compatible, it can be be converted & doesn't need a rap file whatsoever anyway.

2. You bought a retail disc but the game is not cfw2ofw compatible, it cannot be used on HAN. (Using a PSN version of the same game instead would be illegal unless you buy it separately as the retail disc license does not extend to other versions of a same game.)

3. You bought the game from PSN in which case you should have the license file or be able to get it by reinstalling the game directly from PSN.
