PS3 Error 80029519

Hello everyone, as mentioned above, I've encounter the dreaded 80029519 error. I don't know when it started, but I noticed it when I tried downloading some avatars that I bought recently. I checked all the profiles on my ps3 and noticed it has affected my own and my dad's users. I looked it up and did some research, but every solution ended up with deleting the affected users, which is something I don't really want to do. I tried looking for an alternative solution, but to no avail. I figured asking here would help, maybe there's some technical digging I could do to fix the error. Thank you for your time.

I bought them from the PlayStation store on my PS3.

Did you activate your PS3 from the same PSN account used to buy the content?.

Yes, my PSN account is activated on my PS3, and is the same PSN that bought the avatars. But downloading anything from the downloads list or trying to activate the console result in the error.
