PS3 HAN Error 80029564

I download psp game and converted it to pkg using ps3mini tools ...after enable and debug pkg,i encounter error 80029564 code repeated in 5times but cant install it.anyway ,something on my PKG file or what..i think we need injected RIF??

Try going into Toolbox menu > HAN Funtions and enable debug packages and retry package installation. *Edit: I didn't read your message all the way through.
