are you using http or https? the official site uses http.

make sure the date and time are set correctly on your ps3. (i doubt this is the problem but it is worth checking.)

if you can not get any webpage to display and/or can not connect to psn, you may be blocked by NAT or some other networking issue. try a different internet connection if you can.

if other sites do work, you can try the Alternate installer hosted on my github page. it is linked to from the official site, so it the exact same experience as going to ps3xploit.me and clicking on Alternate Installer.

there is also the AutoHEN installer on the same site, but it is for 4.90 only right now.
