Error while converting Far Cry 4 CFW2OFW

Hello

I'm trying to convert Far Cry 4, and it says there's a exclusive method

While in the CFW2OFW compatibility list it don't show that there is exclusive method, there isn't any observation for Far Cry 4, meaning the conversion should be done normally without exclusive method.

I'm confused, if i should delete this file or not.

Anyway i couldn't find this file, there isn't any "patch" folder neither a "patch_sound_english.dat" anywhere inside the game files.

The closest file to "patch_sound_english.dat" i found was inside USRDIR > DATA PS3 > SOUND_ENGLISH.DAT without the word patch.
I delete it.. and still get the same error when trying to convert.

Hen freezes my ps3 a lot.
It freezes enabling.. freezes when i try to run some homebrews, sometimes even when i trying to enter the game on XMB.

CFW2OFW doesn't need HAN or HEN to be enabled.. just install and go play.
 
Sounds like bad rip. If you have the game disc, you can dump it into HDD via multiman, irisman or even webman mod.

EDIT: Try other ones with PS3GameConvert_0.9.1 or KDW CFW2OFW. Didn't see the conversion issue. Sorry about that.

Yes i agree.

But v2.2

Stable so far..

Using MM and WMM without problems.

Playing ps3 > ps1 > ps2.

No problems so far..


Anyways.

Regarding to your issue.

Try to use ps3gameconvert.

Because CFW2OFW Helper. Used to give me problems. Like blackscreen. Game frozen. Etc..
