PS3 Extended "Recently Played" v2.0

hey, i have an issue, when i click on it it says "This service is not available in your country/region."
it did this before i installed extended recently played.
It replaced the ps store on the games section and now the normal ps store is missing, instead the games section ps store is on the psn section???
The only way i can access the ps store is through the playstation plus thing now

well nvm it really was because it was unavailable in my country. but it was kinda messing my fw up so i uninstalled it (by reinstalling the fw)

im not sure which country i chose when it first asked on that user, but i live in Turkey. I created another user and selected USA as the country and it started working.
