I am already know that I can't download a dlc and a game from different regions, as an example, I can't use a dlc from Europe in a game from united states, but in the same region i found a code, i found a game and it's dlc and they are from the same region, but there is a difference between thier codes, game name is Call of duty: black ops 2 (NPUB31054) and dlc name is Apocalypse (BLUS31011) - also the other dlcs have the same region code - they are all from US but with different codes, does this effect the compatibility between the game and the dlc?

Nope it will work just fine. The PSN & game disc are different naming but share the same DLC. Now that being said GOTY DLC doesn't always work with vanilla versions. 90% do but you will get the odd one here and there that doesn't work.

There is not a general rule for game ids & DLC. Usually they should be the same, but not always. It depends of the game.

To know what other game ids are supported by your game, you have to decrypt EBOOT.BIN (or another self file).

The game ids found in the ELF can be related to save data or DLC. So you still have to validate.

If the game id of your DLC is not found, then it is not supported.
