PS3HEN Games aren't showing in ps3 game tab/Psn/and network need Help

NEED HELP PLEASE!!! PS3 hen/ not showing tabs for games/network/psn after downloading cold boot from hombrew store
t happened after I downloaded a hombrew store and installed a custom boot and waves after I restarted it my p3 was not showing anything uder the tabs i tried rebuiling restarting everything ididnt upadate to 4.89 im still on 4.88 please help!

reinstall the HFW that you are on and then install HEN again.

could be wrong usb port or filename...lot of things. HERE is a guide i wrote for installing pup files. it is covers everything.
