PS3 GLOD

Hello,
I have a PS3 model CECH-2004B which stays on but no video output on both ports. I can't have access to recovery mode too.
Syscon errlog gives FFFFFFFF FFFFFFFF at all lines.
How can I solve this problem.

hi
the disk drive ejects but the controller is not connecting and even not charging (the 4 leds are not flashing).
Somebody solved the same problem by changing the hdmi encoder, I did the same thing with no success

Sounds like its caught up with something in the boot process, could be bad NOR? I haven't seen this before unfortunately

I made a dump of the NOR and checked it, it is OK.
I changed the battery which is down, started the ps3 and shut it down.
Syscon errlog now gives A0801200, I don't have ylod but glod, can this problem be solved
