It means that the data concerning your account/device on the PSN server is corrupted...

You could try signing up for a new account with a browser on PC then use the steps described by S#ny in this page if the error still occurs on login into the newly signed account with the PS3.

Note that the console needs to be activated with the PSN account you are using as well.
On the XMB, in the PSN column, there is an entry for it after logging in.
You can also have access to the activated device list through the PSN website.

I do not think you need any article to be honest but if you really do just check our PS2 section & open a thread if you have questions...
To use PS2 games on a ps3 you must use the Cobra emulator (except with the very first models of fat ps3 which have dedicated hardware).
As long as Cobra is enabled, you are good to go. Nowadays you can play discs & isos. Of course isos should be placed in a PS2ISO folder. They are detected by backup managers & mounted just like any PS3 game.
You also launch them via the disc icon on xmb. Wireless pads are now fully supported.
Remember to create ps2 memory cards in the XMB games column before launching a game.
Also not all PS2 games are compatible with emulation so check the ps2 games compatibility list thread on this forum beforehand.

Well as far as backing up your physical and digital content you can use one of the many backup managers like irisman for example. When it comes to downloading games you can do that once signed into psn and add funds or a credit card. As for warez and pirate related material, you won't find any help here for that and you should read our site rules concerning that. While we welcome new members with open arms we ask that you refrain from asking for help with any warez related items. There are many knowledgeable members devs and mods on this site who will help you with anything but that. Have a good day.

Yes as long as you use psnpatch, you shouldn't have any problems. It's never 100% because s#ny could change its ways at anytime but for it works fine.
