Hi guys I have ps3 slim version with 160gb of space and its current version is 4.84 and the model of the ps3 is 3003a is any type of jailbreak file is made for this console with the latest version 4.84.... Please guys help me I'll really appreciate your help...

CECH3003A model PS3's are not CFW compatible and cannot be downgraded in any way, it will brick the PS3. And as you are on 4.84 OFW you cannot use HAN either at the minute.

The only thing you can do at the minute is do Backup Injection of games that re CFW2OFW compatible. This requires either a PS3 on CFW or a PC with a BD ROM Drive that is compatible and capable of reading and ripping your PS3 discs for converting them for use with backup injection.

Hello Friends I m new Here. Recently I borrowed Ps3 from a friend which was already jail broken and had games in it but I tried to install some new games in it on which i succeed but I had downloaded a new game and wanted to install but before I got low on space in HDD so I put removed the HDD from Ps3 and connect it with the PC but was not detected by PC so I accidentally convert it to MBR format due to which the HDD was then not detected by Ps3. After every thing I did last night I finally found that I did a Huge mistake which is not reversible and I had to lost my data and every thing. Finally I decide to erase every thing and refresh the Ps3 firmware and jail broke it again so I downloaded the firmware from PlayStation website and installed it finally the Ps3 has started. Now when I tried to jail broke it again i learnt the method when trying to apply I found that I made another Huge mistake which was that I accidentally installed an update OFW 4.84 and it was not able jail broke like 4.82 and nor downgrading. Dear Friend Kindly Help me to Downgrade my Ps3 to version 4.82 again how can I downgrade it to 4.82 Please Help. when ever i try to install CFW of version 4.82 during update installation at 62% it says File is corrupt. if trying to install OFW 4.82 it says no update found... Dear Friends Help Please.

Wow broo you got ur self on a mess first of all u cant downgrade from 4.84 second u can't install cfw if ur not on 4.82 or lower there other ways to downgrade but you gonna have to open the ps3 and alot of steps

Wow.....saying your cannot downgrade from 4.84.....then in the same post saying you can.... `\/` That't not at all confusing to people who are new to hacking the PS3 and from the post you quote, the poster of it is inexperienced in CFW.

To read a PS3 HDD on on PC you need what's called the "EID_root_key ( or ERK ) and when you connect the PS3 HDD you will have more than likely gotten some kind of Fix or install message.... this overwrites part of the HDD so when you put it back into the PS3 it will force you to format it.

This is the right Format for the PS3> MBR (Master Boot Record) but it has to be FAT32 MBR not NTFS as the PS3 does not support NTFS on in the Internal HDD, only Backup Managers with NTFS Support can do this but it is External HDD's only.

Finally I decide to erase every thing and refresh the Ps3 firmware and jail broke it again so I downloaded the firmware from PlayStation website and installed it finally the Ps3 has started.

There was no need to jailbreak the PS3 again, all Ps3's have the patches for installing CFW on the Flash Chip on the Motherboard so if you wnat a bigger HDD in it all you do is swap them out and then install the CFW again > NOR Model PS3's only as they have part of the Firmware on the NOR Flash Chip and the rest on a Virtual Flash partition on the Internal HDD. NAND PS3's won't ask for the Firmware pup as they keep all the Firmware on the 2 NAND Chips on the motherboard.

As you have updated to 4.84 and lost the jailbreak at the minute the only way for you to get CFW back on the PS3 is to do it the original way and use a Hardware Flasher. Now i assume your PS3 is a NOR model as you mention it in your post .

and nor downgrading

So for this you will need to buy an E3 NOR Hardware Flasher to do this and the PS3 will need to be taken to bits to get at the NOR chip on motherboard. E3 Flasher are not expensive really and can be found on eBay and Amazon for reasonable prices and until you have this then there isn't anything else we can do help you.

If it was my console, I would have literally held them down and tried to shove the console through their eye socket.
I would have also reported person for operating a business without a license, negligence, and property damage.

In the future, break your own stuff before even touching anyone else's. You owe your friend a console w/ cfw.

Its not FAT32, never has been. where are you getting this?

You can put a HDD into a PS3 formatted any way you like, NTFS, exFAT, FAT32 etc etc, it will just ask you to format it, that is all. Its uses UFS2 for dev_hdd0 afaik.

Are you going to do the decent thing and go back put an edit on all your posts about internal HDD being FAT32 MBR, Not sure why you would even make that up or where you got that info.

To be honest I have not seen anyone else post incorrect info, except for a mod the other day posted that user on 3.50 should use ps3xploit to install CFW, which I also pointed out, and he was sound about it and agreed he was wrong and even apologised even though it was fine, no big deal. If you think I have missed some incorrect info by some other people let me know. I don't discriminate

To be honest I have not seen anyone else post incorrect info, except for a mod the other day posted that user on 3.50 should use ps3xploit to install CFW, which I also pointed out, and he was sound about it and agreed he was wrong and even apologised even though it was fine, no big deal. If you think I have missed some incorrect info by some other people let me know. I don't discriminate

Cannot be done mate, as of yet - if indeed ever. All you can do is wait, but even then there's no guarantee that a new exploit will ever be found whatsoever.

Your model is not compatible to be downgraded (hardware flasher) and consequently is not compatible with CFW. All you can realistically do is enjoy the standard retail features of your PS3

Hold on, it sounds like yre on OFW, right? Then you can't install 4K Pro Mod as that is for CFW (and to some extent HAN).
4.84? Then you will need a Hardware Flasher like E3 or Teensy.
But first, what console do you have? Fat or Slim? If it's a Superslim, then there's only HAN for you...
EDIT: oo0, Best CFW? Rebug for sure!
