Ps3xploit tool v3.0 - ps3 han act/idps dumper
i have been trying this for 3 hours strait and getting to same error message

If activate your account doesnt work, connect to store and try to download something and cancel it, it worked for me.

Also never connected my account again.

Make sure you make it your homepage and if you are choosing usb000 plug your usb flash drive into the far right usb socket of the ps3
