Its signed normally with habibs tool.

Yes, its signed already, so you should just run HAN Enabler before installing.

Yes, you need to do that every boot, and after exiting PS2 emulator.

Only run HAN Enabler every time you restart or exit from a ps2 Classic...( no need to put files in usb and run the HAN Installer)

Correction: the "depths" of laziness,.

But...its not a bad idea, it would not be instant reboot like cfw, it would still require the browser open, but when you are testing as much as me, it does get annoying, and rebooting would be quicker, I have asked @esc0rtd3w if he can help with adding that feature.
