Having major issues

Ok so i have tried the online enabler/installer for both han and hen and they always fail to initialize.I cant for the life of me get the easiest online methods to work.I also tried the hen alternate method to work and that gives me issues also.I also tried the han rewrite flash so i could install the hen pkg file but that just gets stuck at enabling the rewrite.I also tried dr mario youtubers method on youtube for 4.88 and lower although i didnt know what hen file to rename to the ps3updat.pup i tried both files the bin and package file and to tell the ps3 to update firmware from local usb drive that didnt work either and told me there is no valid update file so i dont know how he got a ps3 super slim to recognize the hen file and allowed it to update the system.I also put the hen files and han support files on my flash drive and trying the thumb drive way didnt work either so i feel like im hitting a wall here i know hen is supposed to work on any ps3 model and on my super slim so i dont get why it keeps failing and wont install.sometimes the hen installer will initialize but when i hit it to actually install it always fails.I also did the recommended steps for the ps3 browser and turned off the confirm to close and set homepage to the installer and also deleted the cookies and cach and all of that.i didnt know if i was supposed to download that ps3t file or whatever it is that prompts me when i go to the installer page but i did.Hope someone can help me here and maybe point out if im doing something wrong.

my HEN install guide is HERE. you must install HFW first. remember that any toolboxes not found on this forum may break the "Enable HEN" icon.

Ok thanks I figured it out so you are saying any toolbox like the ultimate tool box from ps3brewology can break hen even tho it says it works with hfw?also ever since I put hen on my super slim it is a pain in the ass it never works correctly i either get a black screen when trying to run homebrew like the ntfs/exfat scanner thing that scans your ntfs drive to make it readable or the latest webman mod doesn't always work or hen just tells me failed to load.i have to constantly power off my system and it rescan the hard drive.i don't think this is normal I'm pretty sure I installed hen correctly.

ultimate toolbox is okay. i was refering to piracy toolboxes.

OK how do you think I can fix my super slim from being so unstable?also when I did install ultimate tool box the icon to go into the tools disappeared but I was hoping I could get help with hen and getting my system stable.

the only thing that has ever caused me problems with hen was a bad hard drive. hen would install but never could enable.

Yeah I find it very weird I know my 1tb ssd in my super slim is fine and it acts fine other then anytime I try to refresh the xml for my games on my usb ntfs drive it always freezes at the message that it is refreshing the xml at the top I i know prepiso is not really needed anymore so I have been trying to use web man mod to refresh the game list even iris man freezes sometimes but when iris man does work it can see all my ps3 isos in the folder so I dont get why webman mod freezes when I try to refresh the game list.i guess my super slim Hates me or something

It really looks like a problem related with the HDD, the problems you are reporting can be summarized into "the PS3 firmware have problems to access files"
Some of the files you mentioned doesnt have any directly relationship with the others, so is something generic that happens with the whole filesystem
The PS3 hdd is divided in regions (partitions) and every region have his own filesystem, this filesystems are software but eventually the software can be damaged and the PS3 is not able to fix it so the only solution is to format the HDD.

But sometimes it happens the problem is hardware... either because the HDD have damaged sectors (phisically, because are scratched or de-magnetized) located under the filesystem... or because the HDD have a general problem that creates read errors everywhere

Right now you dont know if is one or the other... but in both cases you need to take the HDD out of the PS3 and scan it in PC to see if the hardware is fine

And worth to warn the user to not agree for HDD been initialized by Windows, because this means overwriting partition table by MBR or GPT, cause HDD start to be recognized by PS3 as literally empty.
