Well i figured it out what the problem was, (kind of stupid one but Whatever) in my experience i needed to go to the Audio Output Settings and turn Everything On

Then i decided to disconect the power cable of the monitor for a Minute (May not be necessary but why not) then i plug the HDMI back to the monitor and VOILÀ, got picture and sound só far iwas playing PS1 games (Backwards Compatible) and a bit of PS3 games just to make sure it was working properly. And what i learn from this (at least in my experience) is that i can´t turn the console off while your in game (PS button »Turn Console off » Yes) i have to do it the normal way (Quit Game » XMB » and then OFF). Now this happens when i play a ps1 game, i'm not sure if this happens with a PS3 Game, But whatever the case (for me that is) i just leave the game and turn it off trough the XMB.

Are you guys positive that this will work? I know you can change toggle from ON to OFF but it still would have hdcp enabled because on retail it's not software that control it, it's locked on hardware level as far as I understand.

Can anyone else confirm that it works? In my latest testing it sure wasn't working.

This will not work on CEX converted consoles. I've been using Rebug/DEX for over 10yrs and i can confirm this does not work. i ended just buying a 20$ splitter of amazon years ago,

I can Confirm that using PS3 xRegistry.sys Editor v0.75 to Change the Value for /setting/display/0/hdcp from 00000001 to 00000000 does in fact Disable HDCP as well as that it's Persistent after Soft or Hard Rebooting & Shutting Down/Unplugging the Console.

You can use CFW 4.92.2 EVILNAT [PEX] to Convert from CEX2DEX if necessary.

Then Backup your xRegistry to a USB Drive to Open in the Program & Save your Changes.

Once you've done that now you can Restore your xRegistry back to the System. Profit.

Edit

After doing more Research on this Subject I actually found that doing this may not really Disable HDCP even though it appears as though it is through Software where the Toggle is indeed shown as Off.

Apparently the reason for this is that Retail Units physically have different HDMI Hardware that essentially has HDCP Baked in regardless of whether or not this Setting does or doesn't present itself as "Off" in Debug Settings on a DEX Converted CEX Console…

Maybe in Today's Current Day & Age of PS3 Modding there is another Workaround but then again these Facts are according to known Developers…

More Testing needs to be done on my end once I am able to Verify if I can or cannot Capture from my PS3 Directly with the HDCP Disabled via the xRegistry without using an HDMI Splitter.
