Hello @El_isra

Congrats for your work, HDL Batch Installer is a great software!

I have a question after using it: is there an option to download covers at once for all installed games like OPL Manager does (with Art Download)?

Because we have to right click on each game > Download Assets > Download, which is a little discouraging when you have a lot of games.

Thanks!

Almost all features accessed by right clicking on the game list supports batch operations.

so: select all the games you want, right click one of the item you selected, then use whatever feature you want. It should repeat the operation for each game

NOTE assets download stores files on a local folder of PC. To transfer into internal HDD use the mount partition feature, you'll see a button to transfer all the stuff

Oh, great!

I didn't know I could select all the games like that.

Thanks a lot! :)

Hello,

I have a question about how HDL Batch Installer works.

After installing FreeHDBoot and Browser 2.0 on the hard drive, and after installing games with hdldumb, I can launch them directly from the HDD-OSD: "miniOPL - Devil May Cry", "miniOPL - Final Fantasy X", ...

But if I install the games with HDL Batch Installer, it does not work, the games do not launch, black screen then it returns to the Browser of the PS2.

It only works when I click on the "Inject OPL Launcher" button.

Why with hdldumb does it work directly and not with HDL Batch Installer? Does hdldumb inject this "OPL Launcher"?

Thanks!

No, HDLdump injects an ultra old OPL Mini...

You have to install OPL via PFS-BatchKit-Manager as well and OPL-Launcher will launch it.

In summary and in short: each partition in APA logic have two sections: Attributes and FS space. In FS space is putting disc image, in Attributes i.e executable. And hdldumb putting there miniOPL, which is stripped version of some ancient OPL, while OPL-Launcher is launcher which launching OPL from default path or path set in "hdd0:/__common/OPL/conf_hdd.cfg". Advantage of OPL-Launcher is that he run any OPL which user have in OPL resources with config per game.
