PS3 [HELP] EFLC - Mod Menu? [HAN]

Hello, I currently have EFLC (NPEB00907) on my PS3. I have a BLUS disc copy but was too lazy to install it. Was wondering if anyone knows a mod menu for either disc BLUS or digital NPEB i can install using HAN. Or if not, any way to compile files like update.img, script.img and script_network.img into a pkg and have it work. Thank you!

Can you not just use the Mods already out there for gta4 as i thought episodes from liberty city was just a dlc for gta 4
