(Help)JailBreak used PS3

Hello, I just bought a used PS3, I want to do a Jailbreak, I recently joined the forum and I read the information on this link because I do not want to bother anyone

Cech 3004A
and I think it has installed OFW 4.81, since I can not see the folder "* installer package" for example.

Based on what I read in the link, I can not install CFW only HAN Jailbreak, would someone be so kind to confirm me?

That is correct; you can only install HAN as your PS3 model is not compatible with CFW. You're on 4.81, so you need to update to 4.82 OFW by USB - do not attempt to update via internet on the PS3 as that will make you unable to use HAN when on 4.83. Hope this helps. :)

Hi, I'm sorry to bother again, I can not create and activate a PSN account since every time I try to register, I get a message which tells me that I have to update my firmware, how could I create a PSN account without updating the firmware ?

Edit: I looked in the forum and I see that for this problem I can use a proxy server
