something is probably wrong with one of the mods. psdevwiki says it's an error caused by an invalid name.

Delete game data from Game Data Utility.
Enable Cobra if on Rebug, or install a Cobra CFW.
Nothing ticked in the game's settings in multiman.
Mount and launch game, and allow the game data to update and install.

This is why you should give us all the details, for those of us that want to help you are not guessing.

Are you on rebug REX CFW and if so what version? If you are, most likely just need to update toolbox to the latest version and enable cobra.
