ResignerIt's possible, how are you trying to do this? Which tool are you using to try and de-crypt with?

Thank you so much!!Install and use Aldo's PS3 Tools Collection by the dev @aldostools which is an awesome set of tools to use,
TA tools are good but Aldo's adds to context menu to Windows, or you can use SCETool to do this< Which is also included in the Tools collection with a GUI to help with what you are doing. Or just use SCETool on its own but that way can be a little bit more complicated.
Aldo's Tools way > Window's context menu way:
So you basically just right click on the EBOOT> Select Self Tools> Extract elf from EBOOT> it will decrpyt the EBOOT and extract the .elf file so you can mod it.
Thank you as well!!!!you'll need the rap to decrypt that game, since it's psn.
Quick question, I have created my own sprx for Mw2 & when I build it with my EBOOT.ELF from sprx elf builder i get a temporary_file.exe. I've googled for 3 hours and found no fix. Maybe you have an idea or can point me in the right direction.I think all eboot decrypters use scetool as a base. there's a scetool gui too, but it tends to screw up. it's a real quick of assessing information about an eboot. use the original as a template (latest version, which ps3tools should have).
I'm trying to find npeb00731(mw2) eboot.bin Iaccidentally deleted the original can some one send me link?
