He just answered your question, but let me rephrase what he mentioned by "yes", yes you have an elevate chance of ban from the PlayStation Network if you enable HEN, even if you do play the game from the Disc itself, it doesn't matter, to avoid that, activate HEN, only when you are done with your Online activities.

Yes you will have extra risk of ban even without hen enabled. How much extra risk no one knows.

Even without hen enabled you have homebrew installed on your system and lots of custom files scattered over your flash and hdd. For example some games have homebrew detection, those games do not care if hen is enabled or not.

Well if you stay away from games with Homebrew detection like Call of duty you might be ok with HEN installed but not enabled, who knows.

If you want to be 99.99% sure of removing all trace of HEN or CFW, install official firmware and restore the system to factory defaults, this will format the hdd too.
