Help with Shank game please

I just downloaded Shank game with PKG file and I have a folder with FIX file called EDAT. I didn't know what I should do with it to unlock the full game. Please any help?

I cannot buy the game my PS3 is banned and I cannot sign in to the store, secondly I am searching for a fix to the game so I can play it.
