Hen failed. Rebooting

ok guys long time no see.i am in dire need of help.my friend got himself a ps3 (superslim)with about 30 games and i was happy to help him rip the discs and xploit the ps3 so he can run the backups from his hdd. ok job done we ripped the games put them on a external hdd and using irisman i selected all the files and let them transfer over night. today the ps3 was off and it wont let me enable hen just rebooting over and over.i tried rebuilding file system and database,tried reinstalling hfw and reinstalling hen but it just wont enable. need help please

tried formatting the system storage ,reinstalled hfw twice ran installer from ps3xploit site hen installed but when enabling it fails
