I wouldn't worry much about it, cheating is generally frowned upon here so they will only get help from other cheaters. They will eventually get banned (as they should), and when they come here to cry about it, nobody will care because they deserve it.

GTA5.sprx and EBOOT.BIN change permissions to 777.
