Had to restore ps3 to default after hitting a cfw mode thingy in multiman and then the ps3 froze system got corrupt wasn't restoring now I'm stock with 4.84 ofw no psn account , now I remember it said never to set ps3 to FSM , can I install hen again? If install hfw and stuff in order like at first , it was and honest mistake that cost me dearly y'all , please help if you can

Option 5 is the one I selected when in safe mode

that will format your HDD and restore the settings to default so you will have new fresh with no games,app,saves,trophies...etc and no psn account

Okay so I'll be able to install hen again right? Searched for FSM and I don't have that red box in the corner like this on my ps3

you say you click on option 5 in the previous image "safe mode" if you are able to enter safe mode then your good enough to install HFW ,HAN then HEN :)

What a relief[emoji3] I was literally stressing because I have so many ps3 , ps2 games on my laptop and I thought I was done then and there like no more exploits lol , well I guess I'll get my ps3 back in order 2m[emoji123]thanks for the help y'all , really appreciate it

don't try to install fsm & ccapi,cfw
use your ps3 with very carefully
and one thing read on **ps3xploit.com >Domain no Longer owned by team** (ps3xploit.me =new) before do it

Nop, the "restore filesystem" is basically the same process you see when you force a software shutdown... you know that screen that tells you "the PS3 has been turned off incorrectly and is needed to check the hdd"... and after that you see a horizontal progress bar that should take around 5 minutes (as most) to complete
If it takes more than 5 minutes is because the internal hdd filesystems had a big problem
And it doesnt deletes your files, incase there is some file orphan , or damaged it tryes to restore it (and incase is imposible to restore the damaged files then yes... that file is deleted because is the only thing that can be made with a corrupted file)

Is basically the same than doing a "checkdisk" in microsoft windows, it helps to keep the filesystems healthy, i use it a lot :)
