Hen toolbox broke ps3

I updated my ps3 to 4.88 hfw then installed hen. Everything was fine until I installed hen toolbox. Now it keeps telling me that I need to reinstall the system software. I have tryed reinstalling it with no avail. Can't even get it to the recovery menu because it just reboots.
Update: Now after installing the firmware I just get a black screen.

don't use hen toolbox on v4.88 it just freezes your ps3, use ultimate tool box for hen its better and has the same functions as the hen toolbox
