Any good alternatives to HEN Toolbox? Just tried it on both 4.84 and 4.85.1 and now every time I try to enable HEN it just crashes, even after cleaning browser settings and doing all the usual steps, so I'm not sure if this just doesn't work anymore.

Use online Hen enabler (ps3xploit page), reinstall Hen, this will fix the crashes.

After install Hen Toolbox v3 for Hen V3 and hfw 4.85.1.

Still not working for me tried on 2 models 3001a and 3001b wont enable hen and either crashes or freezes also will crash in an infinite loop. Setting the ps3 to hard reset and a ylod if you unplug ps3 and replug it things go back too normal but hen still crashes, browser wont appear games wont load if you pop in a disc. Since i have 2 ps3 I started messing around with got a semibrick on the 3001b tryna reformat the ps3 till reformated the hdd with my labtop things went back to normal but had too put both ps3s into recovery mode and rebuild data base and then install ofw4.85 then hfw twice too reenable hen again. Still got crashes and a semi brick this time on the 3001a ps3 . this is all using the v3 hen toolbox btw. Samsung Hdd 500gb incase and also checked for anybad sectors on both hdds and still was crashing or semibricking the ps3s or booting me into infinite loops while hen is enabling.
PLEASE DO NOT MESS WITH THE TOOLBOX ESPECIALLY IF YOU DO NOT KNOW HOW TO FLASH OR REFORMAT YOUR HARDRIVE USING A PC OR LABTOP. THIS IS ONLY FOR THE DEVS AND MODERATORS AND PSXTEAM THAT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING TO HELP FIX THIS PROBLEM TO SOME WHO ARE EXPERIENCING THIS PROBLEM OR ME IN THIS CASE.

I had a weird thing when I installed tool box it kept freezing my console in game or out I got it down to this because I reinstalled hen and it hasn't froze been on over night when usually every 3 hours it would idk if it's because I hit the patch button before I installed or not devil could u help do I need to patch the flash before I install the new pkg or just install it and reboot
 
@Oldmanmoddz As it was mentioned to me on the compatibility list with hen the toolbox dosent work any more bro.. Due too piracy reasons if I am corrected. Had the same problem and do not mess around with it as itll semi brick your console. Just format and reinstall hen. Should fix the boot loop from freezing hen.
 
If any one here having issues had simply read the big red text in the first post, or the big red text in the overview, OR if they had read just a few posts above their own comments then they would have seen the warning about 4.84 and the version for 4.85....

Like cmon.. You will have these types of issues if you do not spend even 1 minute reading even the big red text...
 
Actually I was on 4.84 but since I read the read text I had upgraded both my nephews ps3s to hen 4.85 and was trying the newer verison of hen toolbox for them the older toolbox on their 4.84 started to lagout or take forever to load the toolbox options. Actually wrote to you back to you guys on the other thread wasnt tryna have both threads going at once so kept it on the compatibility list thread to not have us go back and forward thru threads so the moderators wont get mad. Sorry about that bro
 
Can you remove your last 3 posts here please as none of them are based in fact, it won't brick anyone if you pay basic attention to the big red warnings and use the correct version for your firmware. It still works.

It was not mentioned to you that it does not work anymore and it was not removed due to piracy. That entire conversation was about HAN Toolbox mods.

I had previously only experienced ONE issue with HEN Toolbox where I was testing out the update feature and it broke HEN. Had to reinstall HEN. After that, NEVER tried to update again Lol
 
The toolbox is pretty handy, I have it install just in case I need to unlink some files/folders and do fresh install.

I have PS3 superslim 4.85 hen enabled. I just tried installing toolbox v1 but got error code 80029566 during pkg install. Can I get any advice or help to install it?
