Recently I notice a freezing issue with HEN + webMAN combo which l was only able to replicate when a faulty controller is connected to the console. The issue happens only when enabling HEN.
I suspect that webMAN somehow freezes when receiving signal from a faulty controller especially in the start up stage.
Particularly, I suspect webMAN shortcuts system is causing this issue. The issue doesn't happen when the same controller is wirelessly connected. So the root cause is narrowed down to usb ports + controller cord and the controller itself.
My question is, how can I disable webMAN shortcuts system to confirm that it is the cause.
