In short: it's not possible. HFW is not CFW, and thus it can not be modified on the same level.

Yes, there are HFW versions with NoBD support available online.

HFW is just OFW with webkit module replaced with an exploitable version (required to run the HEN payload), keeping the signature intact.

On the other hand, noBD requires core FW modification, hence changing the signature of the PUP in the process.

Thus, no HFW with noBD support exists (if it did, you would have provided a link to the source or it would have been announced here already).

so what can i do to get this system back up and running, on ofc 4.90 with a damage bdrom

Which model is your console?.

Try to get a working, compatible BD drive that fits your PS3 so you can swap them.

But if the BD controller is embeded in your console's motherboard and is damaged, I don't know if it can be fixed at all.

The PS3 only cares if the BD controller is working.

Have you tried installing hfw again? I thought newer slims 30xx and SS all had bd controller on motherboard. I could be wrong, but I install pups on both my ss with no bd drive attached.

my console is 2xxx, the bdrom is the one with 3 ribbon cables. not sure where the control board for that bdrom is
but i havent found any hfw that goes pass the bdrom check... and the system says corrupt data when trying to load cfw nobd

Again, no HFW supports the noBD patch. And in order to use CFW noBD, your console must be jailbroken with BgToolset or FlashWriter (both requiring XMB working), or with a hardware flasher.
